Although it is not likely that home bakers will be able to replicate this cake, I just couldn’t resist sharing it. This is one of the most clever cakes I’ve ever seen, and I can honestly say it is the first time I’ve seen a briefcase cake.

I’m not sure what the sticky notes, folder, and papers are made of. But, she did share that the gold latches and lock are made from gumpaste that are painted with edible gold. Wow!
If this had been my cake, I would have seriously considered simply keeping it. I can’t imagine cutting into a work of art such as this. Beautifully done!
