Some baked goods can be made in homebased bakeries as long as the baked goods due not contain any potentially hazardous food items. You will need to know which foods you can safely bake from home and which you cannot. For example, in Pennsylvania, foods such as cheesecake and pumpkin pie must be made in a certified and inspected kitchen.
