Cake Decorating Idea - Christmas Tree Cake

This is the most unique Christmas tree cake I’ve seen.  Here is what the creator of this cake decorating idea said about the cake, “Got bored one night and wanted to make a cake that in no way shape or form resembled a traditional round or square cake. Several hours later…alas, a Christmas tree. In [...]

Cake Decorating Idea - Christmas Cake

This cake decorating idea will require a few small figurines.  You can create this Christmas cake by covering it in powdered sugar (for snow), and then decorating it with reindeer and people.  A Santa figure would be great, if you have one.

Cake Decorating Idea - Christmas Sponge Cake

I don’t think this cake is actually meant to be a Christmas cake, but the red and green from the strawberries and kiwi made me think that this would make a pretty good cake decorating idea.  You could make your own Christmas sponge cake.  This is a sponge cake that is filled with a meringue topping, [...]

Cake Decorating Idea - Christmas Cake

This cake decorating idea could easily be made to look like an igloo.  Of course, igloos and Christmas don’t usually go hand in hand, but the dome shape of this cake immediately made me think of an igloo.  Either way, this Christmas cake is definitely gorgeous!

Cake Decorating Ideas - Orb Cake

I’m not exactly sure what this cake is supposed to be, but it is interesting enough to share.  Is it a strange creature’s face?  (I can make out two possible eyes on either side of the orb.)  Is it a globe with people from various places around the world?  I just don’t know.  But I’m [...]
