Oh, this is too cute!  Tiny heart candies were my favorite on Valentine’s day (I especially loved the white and pink ones).  Now, someone has taken these candies and created cookie decorating ideas with them.

Valentine Heart Candy Cookies

There are many cookie decorating ideas for Valentine’s day.  These cookies are fairly simple, and will be happily received by your loved one.

To make these yummy Valentine cookies, you will need a heart-shaped cookie cutter, frosting, and a bag of Valentine-colored M&Ms (pink, white, and red).  Mini M&Ms will work better than regular M&Ms.  It is best to add the M&Ms AFTER you have baked the cookies.  This may seem obvious, but baking the cookies with the M&Ms on them (not to mention the frosting) will result in melted M&Ms.

Are your kids begging you to let them make Christmas cookies?  Then let them!  

These cookie decorating ideas should show you that you don’t need much more than cookies, colored frosting, and festive sprinkles.  If you have holiday shapes then you can even let your kids help cut the cookies prior to baking.

If you are want to build a gingerbread house, then you need gingerbread house supplies.  

You have many options when it comes to finding gingerbread house supplies.  Often, your local craft store carries gingerbread house supplies.  

You may even be able to find gingerbread house supplies or kits at your local grocery store. possibly even Sam’s Club, but they may not have much of a selection.  Usually, these places sell just a single gingerbread house style.

Fortunately, there is eBay.  eBay has a large selection of gingerbread house supplies, both as edible kits and as craft kits, available.
