Cake Decorating Ideas

A train birthday cake can be the perfect cake for little boys who are infatuated with either trains or Thomas the Train.  You can bake your own cake and use a train cake pan, or you can get a train cake from your local bakery.

Either way, you can easily add your own cake decorating ideas.  If you have any small trains then you can add them to the top of the cake.  Just make sure that any trains you add won’t be damaged by the frosting from the cake.  You can even make a train from Legos, if you have them, as Legos are washable.
